Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times usually range from 7–25 business days depending on your location and supplier availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high demand periods.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request a return or refund, contact us at support.nexorloja@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

We do not accept returns for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Minor color differences caused by screen settings

Delays caused by shipping carriers


If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery.
